Little Pink Piggy is a relaunch of KickStart Web Design, a Newcastle upon Tyne based company. The owner and image of the company has now changed, but the design ethos of producing high-quality websites remains the same. Diversity in our design of our sites and producing a site that the customer is pleased with is the core of our business.

Joanne Middleton, Owner

Joanne has studied computing at the University of Northumbria, where she received an award "Student of the Year" for her first year. She has also been a games programmer, worked in computer sales, and co-founded and administered a centre for personal development abroad before she decided to go into web development & design. Joanne has been running the business full-time since January 2006.

Joanne and Glyn are lifelong partners.

Glyn Goodrick, Consultant Director

Glyn brings over 10 years experience of designing and maintaining websites to the company, including the Museum of Antiquities website, which is visited by over 2 million users a year. (Statistics provided by University logs.) Glyn is the ICT officer for the Museum of Antiquities, and has many areas of speciality, such as photography and virtual reality models. He also provides consultancy for other companies.

Glyn uses his knowledge of trends and software packages to determine the direction of the company, marketing strategies, the type of products the company offers, and what software packages the company should use and train in. He also checks that the design of the websites is of a high enough quality.
